A well-liked method of enhancing the thickness, definition, and contour of the brows is microblading. The microblading procedure deposits dye into the second dermal layer of the skin using a specialized hand-held equipment with a specific blade, producing incredibly thin strokes that resemble real eyebrow hair.

Microblading and eyebrow tattooing are significantly different even though the processes may sound similar. The main distinctions between eyebrow tattoos and microblading will be compared in this article.

What IS MICROBLADING?

A method used by an aesthetician called microblading produces bigger, more natural-looking eyebrows. Tiny incisions that replicate your natural hairs are created in the brow after a numbing cream has been applied. The pigment is subsequently injected into these incisions.

Because of the numbing cream used prior and the shallow cuts made by the microblade, microblading is comparatively painless. There shouldn't be much bleeding at all. The use of a small amount of pigment makes it possible for color to remain in the incisions without oozing outside of them.

WHAT IS EYEBROW TATTOOING?

Like other tattoos, eyebrow tattooing is a common procedure. The tattoo needle used by your tattoo artist is loaded with ink and connected to a power source. In order to apply ink to the deeper layers of the dermis, the needle taps quickly into your skin several times.

MICROBLADING VS EYEBROW TATTOO?

  • The ink is not buried as deeply beneath the skin with microblading, but traditional eyebrow tattoos last a lifetime. This indicates that the ink ultimately rises to the surface or moves about beneath the skin as your skin naturally cycles, making the ink appear lighter. Compared to an eyebrow tattoo, the ink will drastically fade with time. On the basis of your skin, it might finally go away. Regular touch-ups are necessary after microblading.
  • Unlike traditional tattooing, microblading employs a whole new kind of ink. Blacks do not turn blue or brown after microblading. The color retains its original colour even as it ages.
  • Microbladed brows are hand-drawn. There is less impact on the skin than with standard tattooing, which uses a machine, because it is hand-drawn. This guarantees that the ink won't bleed over time for you. You can be certain that the fine lines used to mimic your natural hair by a skilled microblading artist won't leak out, unlike the fine lines of a conventional tattoo.
